Verdict

CLEAR SPELL has shown enough to suggest a race of this nature can come his way. He finished ahead of Zamra, fancied in the previous race, when attempting to make all at this track last week and the drop back in distance will suit. Jaahiez was far from disgraced when fourth on his debut at Wolverhampton and Voyageofdiscovery gave the impression he'd do better over today's longer trip after staying on for fourth over 6f here recently. Mr Bossy Boots is out of a prolific mare while Passing Star and Radebe are other newcomers to note in the betting.
