      Verdict

      PRIESTLEY'S REWARD managed to hang on for a narrow margin victory over a longer trip here on Monday. Unexposed on the all-weather, he's taken to go in again at the chief expense of One Way Or Another. The latter usually runs his race and makes more appeal than November's Fibresand winner Gay Gallivanter. Electrician has tumbled down the weights since returning from a lengthy absence but has struggled in similar company of late while Paphos has yet to win over further than a mile but could figure if lasting home.
