Verdict

Singing The Blues has won his last three between 1m3f and 1m6f but this will be his first try over 2m and he steps up a grade on a new career-high mark. Highway One is now 0-16 and was beaten in a claimer here last time but Queen Of Paris looks capable of winning a race like this off her current mark and the booking of Andrea Atzeni catches the eye. WHINGING WILLIE was keeping on over course and distance back in October and is 5lb lower now. He wasn’t beaten far on a second try over the trip at Chelmsford in January and Hector Crouch takes over the reins from a 7lb claimer. Love To Breeze is having a first run for Jonny Portman but showed definite promise on Turf last year.
