      Verdict

      RULESN'REGULATIONS beat rival Satwa Street in his last run and there's nothing to suggest that form will be overturned here. Ironically the only thing to add to Satwa Street's claim to turn around that last run is that he went on to win his next race but really that only stands up the form of the selection. The form from the last Satwa Street outing fails to stand up so further strength is added to Rulen'regulations. The pick was having only his second career run and his first in five months when he went away to score so impressively last time. It was moderate opposition against him that day but he's wide open to improvement and could develop into a useful sort. It looks a straight match race between the two we've mentioned but keep an eye on the market for any money for newcomer Kheskianto. A new import form Italy with moderate form, he could challenge.
