      Verdict

      NAVY DRUMS came here for the first time in January and was narrowly beaten over this trip. He's subsequently completed a course double over 6f and should be capable of handling a 3lb rise. Purple Poppy is 0-16 but showed there is a race in her when a close third over a mile at Kempton where she didn't get the run of the race. Dutugamunu looked as though a victory was imminent when runner-up over the track and trip but pulled too hard on a return visit. Luna Queen is 1lb lower than when scoring here in August but has been in poor form.
