Verdict
A small but competitive field goes to post for this handicap and many can be given a chance on their best form but the principals look to be Abstract Art, Royal Reservation and Georges Flyer and the vote is given to Abstract Art. The selection won well last time out when beating Sky High Guy with plenty in hand. Granted he has a penalty for that win but with the step up in trip likely to bring about more improvement he looks the one to be on. Royal Reservation rates the main danger as he also won well last time out when beating the selection but he is a pound worse off for a neck and he may just need the run after a 46 day break and he is opposed for that reason. Georges Flyer is another last time out winner that could go well but the horse he beat last time has since been well beaten in an easier race and he looks opposable on that basis. Of the remainder Time For Life is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks vulnerable off this mark to a less exposed type and for the winner we return to the progressive Abstract Art.
