      Verdict

      RENARDEAU (NAP) completed a double over the track and trip in December then returned with a narrow defeat by Battle Of Marathon last month. He's been left on the same mark and can strike again. Giving Glances has a course and distance victory to her credit and has also won a mares' Listed contest over hurdles. She returned to the Flat with a fair run in that latter event behind the selection but looked as though a longer trip was required. Emenem, who was also behind, completed last season's double on Turf over 1m6f so would also be happier over further. Berrahri has been running on the frozen track at St Moritz but was in very good form on fast ground last summer and has had plenty of all-weather success while Touchthesoul finished runner-up over hurdles in January.
