Verdict
Appenzeller has been thereabouts over longer trips in both starts so far this year and should figure while Juneau and Frozen Bere are others dropping back in distance for their handicap debuts. Fitzrovia moves in the opposite direction after three starts over 6f but The Night King won over a mile at Chelmsford back in January before finishing a long way behind third-placed HATEYA (NAP) at Windsor recently. The latter was beaten less than a length on that occasion and Jim Boyle’s filly should make another bold bid racing off the same mark today.
