      Verdict

      Havana Mariposa carries 6lb extra after winning at Musselburgh last week but another recent winner in TREASURE ME is preferred. The latter came good over today’s trip at Wolverhampton last month and is taken to defy a 7lb rise in the weights given both placed horses have subsequently won. Rux Ruxx won on the Turf course here in July and an apprentice takes over the reins today having placed on a couple of occasions since but The Chemist has yet to threaten in handicaps and disappointed over a longer trip last time.
