Verdict

Alchemist Master looks the pick in a wide open affair, Three Wrens and It's Only Heaven are just two of many dangers.Richard Whitaker's six-year-old is at the peak of his form at the moment and following a hard fought victory at Newcastle, ran with credit when second to Rampage in a very competitive race at Wolverhampton. for the class of race that looked a very hot event and this contest doesn't look any stronger and he can regain the winning thread. Three Wrens has won three of her last five races and following an excellent victory last time, it is hard to see this one out of the frame. Meanwhile Hit's Only Heaven was successful over the seven furlong trip here last time and has to go close in his hat-trick bid. The best of the rest could be Perfect Story, but in a race that is best to treat with caution when it comes to placing bets, Alchemist Master is a tentative choice
