      Verdict

      Lilkian has a fine strike rate on the all-weather and won under today’s apprentice here last month. He finished just behind fourth-placed Tyger Bay before that and the latter is not out of this but WISEACRE has the most scope. The latter went close at Salisbury last time and further progress is expected now handicapping. Mobarhin was narrowly beaten when last seen over track and trip back in January and is preferred to Algheed of the rest.
