Verdict
Division two of the five furlong handicap that opened the card and we'll side with RADIATOR ROONEY to confirm form with Bluebok ahead of The Name Is Frank. The first mentioned pair met at Kempton last time on these terms and it was our selection that fared best, coming home a length to the good of Bluebok and we see no reason why those positions should be reversed here. Both horses are exposed and neither is prolific but the same can be said for most of these, from whom The Name Is Frank might emerge as the chief danger. Mark Gillard's gelding returns to the mark of 55 that saw him gain a deserved success at Catterick in October. This race is of a similar standard and if in the same sort of form the consistent gelding should run well. Thoughtsofstardom beat The Name Is Frank back in September but has plenty to do at today¿s weights despite generally running well here, whilst Handsome Cross and Cosmic Destiny are well enough handicapped but need to show that they remain capable of winning having both been out of form lately. Malaproprism has recent winning form to his name but has struggled since that success and Triskaidekaphobia isn¿t in the same form as when winning last winter. Modest fare this but something has to win and our suggestion is Radiator Rooney.
