        Verdict

        Gay Marriage finished closer at Kempton when stepped up to today's trip and looks sure to be in the mix. Merry Me had a couple of outings over 6f during the summer and is bred to stay this far, but SOTISE could prove the answer in the opener.. She wasn't beaten far when fifth on her debut over a mile at Kempton and Marco Botti's all-weather string is in fine form. Newcomers to note include the 130,000gns filly Passing By and Procks Girl, a sister to Polytrack winner Precision Five.
