Verdict

Sonko won a claimer over the minimum trip at Kempton last month before going close again when second at the same track last week. She had previous maiden winner Bookiesindexdotnet behind last time and makes more appeal than Claretintheblood, who reversed earlier form at Wolverhampton with Russian Bullet when scoring on the Fibresand last month. However, a chance is taken with SUPERPLEX, as he was having his first start in four months when third at Southwell last month and should be better suited by this faster surface judged on his placed efforts on the turf.
