Most look pretty exposed off their current marks but QUEMONDA is still improving judged on last month’s success on the Polytrack here. An apprentice’s allowance negates a 6lb rise and another bold bid is expected. Soft ground may have been an excuse for Love Explodes’ poor effort at Haydock given she’d won at Doncaster before that while similar comments apply to Ashazuri, narrowly beaten at Salisbury before struggling in the soft at Windsor. Jack D'Or looks no nearer winning a handicap with Power Of States and Five Helmets also treading water off their current marks.
