AMITOLA is still improving judged raceon the way he made all over C&D three weeks ago. He's 3lb higher today but can follow up as David Barron's charge recorded a faster time than the other handicap over track and trip at the same meeting in which Wilfred Pickles was runner-up. The latter had Judd Street and Ivory Silk behind on that occasion but his previous wins at this track have been over a furlong further. Young Dottie also won over a mile here last time but she's closely matched with third-placed Chevise, while dual Kempton winner Numeral has gone up in the weights again for finishing runner-up on his latest start.
