In depth
Verdict
Aswaat had a couple of runs at Kempton and the end of last year and will be popular in this given the form of his powerful yard. Anjah runs in the second colours of his owner but can’t be ignored while Glorious Zoff, Daysaq and One Step Beyond have also hinted at ability. Ransom and PENMAEN SPIRIT are both by Kingman and it is Roger Charlton’s filly which is particularly eye-catching on pedigree as she has plenty of speed on her dam’s side and is a half-sister to the smart Glencadam Glory. Fellow newcomer Gold Zabeel is also worth a second look.
