Verdict

MODERNISM is only upped 2lb for winning over track and trip last time and was third in this grade before that when ahead of Aleator. The latter can finish closer today but Richard Fahey's charge gets the nod to confirm superiority. Swing Easy has something to find with the aforementioned pair while Sheila's Buddy and Warfare face tough tasks in this company. Cai Shen won a decent claimer at Wolverhampton when last seen at the races back in April 2014 and is 9lb lower on his return to action but is probably best watched after such a long absence.
