Verdict

Ohana just gets the nod over Casablanca Minx, with Pab Special best of the remainder. The two with recent winning form to their name stand out in this claimer, and of the pair we prefer the claims of Ohana who appeared to win with something in hand when scoring in similar company to this at Southwell a fortnight ago. He was giving weight away to his rivals then, and with James Doyle able to take seven-pound off his back, Nick Littmoden's charge can stop Casablanca Minx from completing a hat-trick. The latter has not beaten much in either of her two latest victories, and although she looked impressive at Wolverhampton last time, faces a tough rival here in the selection. Pab Special did not get the best of runs when eventually finishing fourth in a maiden over the course-and-distance two weeks ago, and should go well despite having to concede weight all round, but for the winner we return to Ohana.
