RED ARCHANGEL made a winning return to the Flat with a victory at Wolverhampton and this extra distance should not be a problem. Gold Standard has been thereabouts recently but is 8lb higher than an earlier success at Wolverhampton but Mistress Nellie won at Kempton at the start of the year and an apprentice’s allowance helps her cause in this.
