    Verdict

WINDFAST was fancied to do better in the Hungerford at Newbury last time given he won a tough handicap at the same track on his reappearance. But Brian Meehan's charge gets another chance on today's faster ground ahead of Zarwaan. The latter finished ahead of Miracle of Medinah when fifth in Listed company at Chester in July while an apprentice's claim gives Make It Up a chance at the weights and he's preferred to Wet Sail. Rated only 52, Licence To Till will be hoping for a non-runner to pick up some prize money.
