        Verdict

        A decent renewal which looks fairly open. Grendisar bids to go one better than last year when he finished ahead of French raider Metropol and Maverick Wave. Energia Davos beat Educate and Master The World at Newmarket last month but Berkshire has been racing over longer trips since finishing second to Scottish at Newbury in July. YORKER (NAP) was a three-times Grade 1 winner in his native South Africa. He's been placed in a Grade 3 and a Listed race since joining William Haggas and should be suited by a switch to Polytrack having shown his best form on Turf on fast going.
