Verdict

Persian Wolf landed an amateurs' race at Chelmsford last week and is penalised while Come To Pass had Laurentia back in fourth when coming out best in a tight finish over track and trip. HOT DAY finished behind the latter pair but has placed back here subsequently from an unfavourable draw and should be bang there at the finish. Magical Dragon may prove best of the rest.
