Verdict

Hills And Dales is proving frustrating having failed to land the odds at Wolverhampton last week. First-time blinkers may bring some improvement but a chance is taken on the less exposed DUTCHESS OF ART. She posted a much better effort when second over track and trip last month when finishing well ahead of China Club, rated 74. Olly Stevens' filly gets the vote with further progress likely and is preferred to Southwell runner-up Newholm, who was still beaten five lengths. The remainder are harder to fancy with the newcomers making little appeal on breeding.
