Verdict
Thirsk maiden winner Tuco has form on this track and is entitled to respect, though has been done no favours by the handicapper. Silverheels arrives off the back of a win at Chantilly while Excellent Guest is probably more than capable of winning a race like this off his current mark, though can often make life difficult for himself on occasions. CHELWOOD GATE is a standing dish around here and will be all the better for his run at Kempton, where he wasn't disgraced. He gets the nod with Our Boy Jack preferred to Pactolus of the remainder.
