    Verdict

    Tabaretta made a winning debut in handicaps when successful over a shorter trip at Wolverhampton but was beaten upped in distance back at the same track subsequently. Mighty River failed to land the odds over 1m3f at Kempton on his handicap bow while both Khal and MOHATU go handicapping for the first time. But the Haggas grey won a maiden race here at the start of the month when giving the impression this extra distance would suit and the Derby entry can show further progress.
