Muktasb is given the vote here with Mine The Balance and recent winner Kempsey both worth noting. The selection does not win many but caught the eye last time out when finishing a close third of twelve behind Kempsey. Kempsey now carries a six pound penalty with Muktasb rising four pounds. So in effect there is two pounds difference between them for under a two length margin. This means in theory there should be little between them so we have to favour the value of the odds and pick Muktasb to turn the tables around. Mine The Balance ran below par last time out after winning over course and distance the time before. He is now six pounds higher in the weights and as a consiquence will find this tough. So for the winner we return to Muktasb.
