Verdict

Flying Pickets has an advantage at the weights, but that's offset by his inconsistency and the fact his recent wins came over 7f on the Fibresand. CLEAN BOWLED has a bit to find with the latter on today's terms but Roger Curtis' charge is preferred anyway as he ran out an easy winner at Wolverhampton when dropped into this grade on his latest start. A below-par Crowning Star was 10 lengths behind the selection last time, though he's better than that and makes more appeal than Meet Joe Black and Angel Cake.
