Verdict

CAPTAIN DIMITRIOS is overdue another win and has every chance here having gone close at Kempton last time against better opposition. He gets the vote ahead of Honkers Bonkers, who finished third in a seller over C&D on his latest start with today's rival Soviet Spring back in fifth. The latter is weighted to reverse the form but is hard to settle and not the most straightforward of rides for today's apprentice. Golden Shine and Miss Toldyaso are closely matched on recent form with the latter preferred.
