Dalkadam failed to cope with a 6lb rise for winning at Uttoxeter when well beaten at the same track last time. It remains to be seen if CLONUSKER can do any better carrying 7lb extra after scoring at Plumpton a week ago but Linda Jewell’s charge won with something to spare and gets the nod in a weak handicap. It’s been sometime since the remaining trio showed any worthwhile form though all three have tumbled down the weights as a consequence.
