Verdict

Haunted Dream returned to action with a victory at Beverley but is upped in trip carrying a penalty. TATTERED FLAG was no match for Teumessias Fox at Newcastle but the latter contested a Listed race at Epsom yesterday and the Gosdens’ colt is expected to improve for this extra distance with blinkers applied on his handicap debut. Auntie Margaret is another handicapping for the first time but Geelong finished only third of five runners at Wolverhampton on his handicap bow. Captain Square is preferred to Udaberri of the remainder.
