      Verdict

Aegaeus often ruins his chance by pulling too hard. Exaggerated waiting tactics were employed by Graham Lee in a handicap here last time but he only stayed on once the leaders had flown and remains a risky proposition. We'll take him in with Sir Michael Stoute's Dansili filly HONOUR, who is far less exposed and looked to be heading in the right direction when second at Wolverhampton in September. Harry Buckle was another to finish second last time, over track and trip, but has also had plenty of chances while Stormbound has yet to prove he stays this far, though was staying on over a mile on his latest start.
