In depth
Verdict
Opera Writer can take this from Writ and Musiotal in a tight affair. Musiotal has a long winless run behind him but shaped much better on three recent runs at Wolverhampton before disappointing on Turf at Hamilton last time. Back on an all-weather surface here he can go well. Writ was beaten in a seller two outings ago but bounced back to form over the course and distance last time, scoring in game fashion. That was a decent effort and Writ can go well. After promising efforts at Thirsk and Wolverhampton, Opera Writer lost his maiden tag in style at Southwell last time. He has been put in here with a likely weight and can follow up. Opera Writer can be music to the punters¿ cheers.
