Verdict
A useful hurdler, Redicean returned to the Flat with a victory over today’s trip at Wolverhampton but is upped a couple of grades off a higher mark for this and PRIMERO (NAP) makes more appeal. Well beaten in a couple of Listed races since winning at Chelmsford last month, David O’Meara’s charge was beaten less than a length in last year’s renewal and is taken to go one better. Seafarer won in this grade at Newcastle before struggling at Wolverhampton behind third-placed Final and the latter still looks high enough in the weights while both Lord George and Curbyourenthusiasm are better over further and the latter is returning from a lay-off.
