        Verdict

        Linkable put a string of poor efforts behind him when runner-up over C&D last time while Frosty Friday also improved for the step up to 1m 2f at this track on his latest start. But neither inspire much confidence and are taken on with the less exposed STORY WRITER. Bill Knight's charge was strongly fancied for his debut at Wolverhampton but found one too good and can make amends today with that experience to draw on. He's preferred to stablemate Viola Da Gamba and Waving looks best of the remainder unless Revert proves better than she showed on her debut in a bumper.
