Verdict
Theatre Lady is the selection in the amateur riders' affair that brings the curtain down on the Polytrack. The David Evans inmate returned to winning ways here three weeks ago when given a good ride by Steve Donohoe who brought the mare with a well-timed run to master Colne Valley Amy. The drop back in trip is a bit of a worry, as is the fact that Colne Valley Amy is now better off at the weights, but with Emma Folkes on board, the selection has a decent pilot, and at least lines up in form. Apart from the two mentioned, Mount Superior makes a bit of appeal, having landed a touch for his stable at Southwell the time before last. Rachel D' Arcy was on board then and is in the saddle again. Nothing else makes any appeal, and for the winner, Theatre Lady makes most appeal.
