Verdict

Sir Hector has gone close again since winning over track and trip last month with Hornby back in third. But the latter re-opposes on better terms today and is also preferred to Jonnysimpson, who struggled last time having been raised 10lb for an earlier success at Kempton. ROCK ON BAILEYS carries 6lb extra today but she scored by five lengths over the minimum trip at Wolverhampton last week when defying an 11lb hike in the weights. Chris Dwyer’s progressive filly looks worth sticking with until beaten.
