        Verdict

        Evasive Power won over a longer trip here in December but FLY THE NEST returned to winning ways over course and distance last time when putting a frustrating run of seconds behind him. Tony Carroll’s charge looks likely to run his race again and can reverse earlier form here with Recuerdame. The latter also beat Ower Starlight on that occasion while Eagle Eyed Freddie steps down in trip and last year’s winner Cap D'Antibes hasn’t raced since November.
