Verdict
Although there should not be too much between Bank On Him and Easter Ogil if this goes to form, the first-named has an excellent record at this track and is selected to come out on top in that personal battle again today. However, they may both have to settle for minor honours as the booking of Darryll Holland for My Maite really catches the eye and Roger Ingram's charge is fancied to exploit a very good chance at the weights this afternoon. Fen Gypsy, with Kieren Fallon booked, obviously has to be respected and will be hard to keep out of the frame - as will Dance Party, who is still unexposed and could cause them all a few problems if things go his way. However, My Maite has fared better than his form figures would suggest in his last handful of starts and is worth persevering with today. Holland, who returned with a double at this course on Monday, is obviously keen to press his claims for the jockey's title this season, and he can post a timely reminder to his weighing-room rivals by guiding My Maite to a well deserved victory here.
