Verdict
One Night Stand should be sharper for a recent comeback run and won this last year with Exalted Angel and Tone The Barone behind. The latter had the measure of Alligator Alley in a handicap at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago though David O’Meara’s mare re-opposes on better terms. The progressive Miss Nay Never is upped in class and will need to get across quickly from a wide draw if she’s to take up her usual position at the head of affairs while ARECIBO returns from a lay-off. But a chance is taken Bob Cowell has the latter fully wound-up and a repeat of a his second in the Listed Beverley Bullet last August would see him go close in this.
