In depth

Verdict

Income is raised 4lb for winning at Newmarket though was beaten by Coolmeen Royal in novice company at Wolverhampton at the start of the year. The latter has shown little in handicaps subsequently but Mick's Spirit and NORDIC GLORY have both won here this year. The latter was also beaten less than a length in a tougher sprint at Goodwood last week and a similar effort can see Michael Attwater’s charge back to winning ways.
