Verdict

CRYSTAL PEAKS returned to winning ways at Kempton last time and can effectively race off the same mark today with David Bergin's allowance negating a 3lb rise. He's just preferred to Poetic Verse, who failed by a length to follow up her maiden win at Southwell when second to Gabrial The Duke over track and trip. The latter has something to find with the selection and Flying Tempo could prove a bigger threat back up in distance. Taming The Tweet makes her handicap debut but has some improving to do if she's to go close.
