Verdict
Leading trainer John Gosden has taken out a joint-license with his son Thady and REGENT will likely prove a popular choice stepping up in trip having won over a mile at Chelmsford earlier in the month. She’ll appreciate this extra distance as a half-sister to former stablemate and Group 1 winner Coronet. New Heights and Invite ended last year with victories over 7f on the all-weather and the latter has switched yards since but Hollywood Lady is bred for middle-distances and a likely improver. Marsden Cross has plenty to find with the selection while Tropical Cyclone is a newcomer to note.
