Alben Star and Boom The Groom filled the places in last year's renewal and the latter won a decent handicap at Wolverhampton during the week. Muthmir returns to action having won a couple of Group 2 sprints last year including a head defeat of Take Cover at Goodwood in July and finished just ahead of Move In Time when third at Longchamp in October. But the latter trio all return to action today along with Line Of Reason and GAMGOOM should be sharper. The German raider has already had a couple of starts in the UK this year and went close in the Listed Cleves Stakes here earlier this month beating Lightscameraction in the process. Mario Hofer's sprinter could make a bold bid in this at a decent price.
