      Verdict

      Nebula Storm has every chance at the weights but was tailed off at Chelmsford last month before failing to complete over hurdles. Astra Hall is also favourably treated on today's terms but is dropped into this lowly grade after finishing last at Southwell, so a chance is taken on INVESTISSEMENT. He was placed over track and trip on a couple of occasions earlier this year and is also preferred to Royal Mizar, a runner-up here last month but with a lot to find on these terms.
