        Verdict

        Marmalady now looks on a high enough mark having landed a hat-trick at the end of last season but still finished ahead of Secret Missile at Windsor last month. Desert Strike remains in fine form and drops back in trip as he bids to land a treble while Royal Acquisition and Pucon finished second here on their latest starts. The latter had earlier finished behind OH SO SASSY over track and trip in October. Chris Wall's filly defied a 13lb rise in the weights on that occasion and gets the vote to go in again on her reappearance given her progressive profile.
