In depth

Verdict

DIAMOND COTTAGE found only one too good in a higher grade at Salisbury and may come out best with a similar effort back on the all-weather. Global Acclamation went close at Wolverhampton last time but Pure Purfection was still beaten a long way when second at the same track. Mrs Benson finished in front of Deftera Lad at Windsor recently while Captain Marmalade’s second at Salisbury is misleading as he was well beaten in a match.
