Verdict

Three of these went close on their latest outings. Classy Dame was second in a lower grade and the winner has gone in again since while Fountain Cross just missed out at Wolverhampton on his debut for Alan King. But ENFRANCHISE is due to be raised 2lb for finishing runner-up in a Class 2 contest over track and trip last week and the Johnstons’ filly is taken to go one better in this lesser company. Mighty Power got involved in a fight for the lead at Wolverhampton last time and paid the price in the closing stages.
