      Verdict

      MIDNIGHT FEAST finally showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when runner-up to the in-form Club House over course and distance. He won three times off higher marks last year and looks set for a return to winning ways in this. Both Hierarch and For Shia And Lula have something to find with the selection, but the veteran Benandonner arrives in good heart after almost following up an earlier win at Wolverhampton when second at the same track last week. Not Rigg won off a 9lb higher mark on Turf last summer but remains out of form on this surface.
