Verdict

Danetime Lord is taken to land this claiming contest with Desert Dreamer and Moayed chief amongst the dangers in a competitive heat. The selection made a winning debut for Jim Boyle in a Wolverhampton claimer last time. He's in fine fettle, has won over this course and distance, has the highest official rating and looks sure to go close on his first run for a new yard. Moayed finished around 4 lengths behind him that day and is weighted to give him more to think about this afternoon. He's on a long losing streak and has since posted another fairly disappointing effort even allowing for the six furlong trip being shorter than ideal. Desert Dreamer has twice gone close in this company since last successful in December and is another that looks sure to be in the firing line whilst Arctic Desert and Satyricon are by no means out of this if running up to their best. There are few concerns with Danetime Lord though and he can score again.
